Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cake:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pans:
- Preheat your oven to 350Ā°F (175Ā°C).
- Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans, line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Make the Cake Batter:
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar.

- Bake:
